We do NOT collect, transmit, or store:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Device identifiers (UDID, advertising ID, etc.)
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Any data that leaves your device

2. How We Use Information

All information stored by the App is used solely for the following purposes:

• To maintain your timer settings and state between app sessions
• To remember your language preference
• To provide timer functionality and notifications

This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third parties.

3.1 Local Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using React Native's AsyncStorage, which uses:

• iOS: UserDefaults or Keychain (depending on the data type)
• Android: SharedPreferences or EncryptedSharedPreferences

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Data is protected by your device's built-in security measures
• Data is not transmitted over the internet
• Data is not stored on any external servers
• Data is deleted when you uninstall the App

The App uses local notifications to remind you when the timer expires. To provide this functionality:

• We request notification permissions on your device
• Notifications are scheduled locally on your device
• No notification data is transmitted to external servers
• You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The App uses the following services for core functionality:

• Expo Notifications: For local notification scheduling (data stays on device)
• AsyncStorage: For local data storage (data stays on device)

These services do not collect or transmit any personal information.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Access and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

• You can view all stored data through the App's interface
• You can reset all data using the "Reset Interval" option in the menu
• You can delete all data by uninstalling the App

7.2 Notification Preferences

You can manage notification permissions at any time through your device's system settings.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained on your device until:

• You manually reset the data through the App
• You uninstall the App

We do not retain any data after you uninstall the App, as we never had access to it in the first place.
