How does the app work?
You set an initial interval between smoke breaks. Each time you press "Smoke", the interval automatically increases by 1 minute, helping you gradually reduce consumption.
Does the app collect my data?
No. All data is stored locally on your device. We don't collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
Why do I need to allow notifications?
Notifications are used to remind you when the timer expires. They work even when the app is closed or in the background.
How do I reset the interval?
Open the menu (☰) in the top right corner and select "Reset Interval". This will reset all saved data and allow you to set a new initial interval.
Can I change the language?
Yes! Open the menu and select "Language" to switch between English and Russian.
